We require payment in full before releasing any research documents. We accept payment through a variety of methods. If the search yields no results, there will be no charge. Unfortunately, once electronic document copies are released, refunds are not possible.

3.Intellectual Property

We will conduct research using a variety of sources, including publicly available information and proprietary databases. We will not share any confidential or proprietary information with any third parties. All research and reports produced by SurveyLogics INC, are the property of SurveyLogics INC, and the customer may not distribute or reproduce the research without the express written consent of SurveyLogics INC. All maps remain the Intellectual Property of the preparer as such, copies of documents are not used for survey update/inspection purposes.

4.Limitation of Liability

We will conduct research to the best of our ability and provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. We will not be liable for any errors or omissions in the research, or for any actions taken based on the information provided. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any maps provided as a part of our service.

5.Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If we make any changes, we will post the updated terms on our website and update the effective date at the top of the policy.
